On 1/8/02, the United States Congress approved the federal No Child Left Behind Act. This Act focuses on instruction requiring teachers of core academic subjects to meet criteria classifying them as "highly qualified." You, as a parent, have the right to ask about information about each of your child's classroom teachers or paraprofessionals regarding whether these adults meet all state qualifications. If you have questions or need additional information, please call the school's office at 941-6080.

At this time, state records indicate that the following teachers are still in the process of either meeting these requirements, or the paperwork is still being processed. All of these teachers meet state requirements and the school district's board has approved their appointment at Bellview.
