Learning to play a band instrument is challenging, rewarding, and fun. Students who play in middle school band can also look forward to participating in band during high school, college, and beyond. No previous experience is necessary to join beginning band but it does mean making a commitment in terms of time, effort, and money. Students must provide their own instrument.
